A manager for more than 32 years, André Gagnon is particularly fond of inspiring and managing creative, artist and sales teams. He occupied a range of positions, from Sales Representative to Sales Director, from Product Director to General Manager, and eventually Vice President at Radio Mutuelle, Télémedia Communications and Astral Media.

Over time, he has developed a unique knowledge of Quebec’s markets, which shows his unparalleled ability to analyze situations, visualize opportunities and come up with solutions. His curiosity and commitment to efficiency have led him to develop expertise in coaching, emotional intelligence, innovation processes, and human resource management.

Marketing, Art Direction & Event Management

A creative, a visionary and an efficient manager, Jean-François Hébert loves a challenge. He began his career in the hectic world of McDonald’s, Famous Players, Viacom and La Ronde Six Flags. He took on the roles of Product and Corporate Events Director, as well as Director of Promotional Activities, Marketing and Communications. He then moved on to the world of radio where he remained for 14 years, mainly as Programming Director at Astral Media and Bell Media.

He is always curious and is interested in traditional media as well as new media, in which he has developed a solid expertise. In his 25-year career in operations management, marketing and communications, he has contributed to more than 100 events, 150 logos and products, and several radio and television programs.

Being open-minded and intrigued by the latest digital trends, Laura was among the first students in the Université du Québec à Montréal’s Digital Media program, where she learned to examine new media from a social, political, economic and technological standpoint, no matter the context. She was able to put this theory into practice in her previous communications jobs at various organizations.

Her sense of observation means she notices the little details that can elevate a project from ordinary to extraordinary. Thanks to her keen sense of organization, she manages every project that comes her way with the utmost diligence. Her curiosity and interest in the field have led her to pursue further training in subjects like social media, an area that is evolving on a daily basis.
