The world leader in luxury hotels, Four Seasons, has arrived in Montréal with a 169-room development. More than 200 talented workers were needed to complete the team and provide guests with services that reflect the luxury of this hotel chain.

Mandate

Develop a unifying employer brand for Four Seasons Hotel Montreal and strategically apply it to an online HR marketing campaign to better recruit top candidates for Montréal’s most luxurious hotel. This was to be done in a high-employment market, specifically in the hotel and restaurant industry where qualified candidates are scarce.

Achievements

Thanks to an online HR campaign, the hotel received more than 600 qualified applications for its various positions. By promoting jobs in the hotel industry, we increased interest (recruitment) along with the commitment and retention of current and future employees.
