The regroupement des personnes handicapées de la région du Haut Richelieu shares its web visibility with three other organizations that help people living with a disability. The Agence had to make Facebook a hub of popular information to raise awareness while remaining an open and respectful place of exchange.
In order to find the ideal angle, the team conjured up the standard profiles of potential social media users in line with the organization’s mission. This information was invaluable in determining the nature of the content that would be posted there. Through social media, the organization wishes to position itself as a resource and place of exchange for the region, but also for the province. Because each disabled person is unique, but their challenges are not.
